Product Description of Wijaya Biryani Masala 60g 

Wijaya Biriyani Masala 60g this is made using Sri Lankan natural spices and does not contain any flavourings and is made using 100% natural spices. The container also contains a packet of biryani mix containing some natural spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom to give it a superior flavour and quality.

How to Make:

• Take 10kg of chicken & mix biriyani masala powder salt & table spoons of curd keep 30 minutes
• Take 200 ml of fresh milk saffron & keep a side
• Take 1.5kg of rice, mix spice sachet & boil unit the rice is 75% cooked, strain the excess water
• Heat some oil & fry 200g of chopped onions then add the chicken mixture & cook 20 minutes
• Now add rice on to the chicken mixture sprinkle the fresh milk with saffron over the rice & tightly close & cook 20 minutes.
