Finch Fenugreek Leaves are milder in flavour than Fenugreek seeds and taste similar to a blend of fennel & celery. Used in traditional Indian dishes such as chicken methi, methi dal & in madras curry powder. Use to flavour sauces, raitas, curries & rice.
Mash leaves & add a light sprinkling over curries & root vegetables such as carrots & sweet potatoes just before serving.
